Rent Rate Questions

As a homeowner or tenant, you may have questions about rental rates during this unprecedented crisis. 


It’s important to note that Hawaii Life does not control the rental rates of the properties we represent. We are closely following all local and federal government policies that may address the housing market. 


We assure you that we will react immediately to any changes or remedies made available, and for which our properties may be eligible. 


In the meantime, tenants can continue to pay rent, make maintenance requests, and communicate with us online using our convenient Tenant Portal . Our online tools eliminate the need for you to leave the house during this isolation period.


Homeowners can also continue to receive funds, obtain financial statements, and communicate with our team online using our convenient Owner Portal.


Vacation Rental Conversion

With considerable economic uncertainty due to the COVID19 impact on travel, many of our clients have expressed a need to move their short-term vacation rentals into the long-term rental market.
